1. Video Conferencing, LAN and Server Infrastructure Revamp Project - Ghana Health Service (Public Health) Regional EOCs
Project Objective:
The goal was to modernize and integrate video conferencing capabilities, upgrade LAN infrastructure, and revamp server systems across 7 of 16 regional Emergency Operation Centers (EOCs) in Ghana to ensure reliable and efficient business and process operations.
Challenges:
- Aging Infrastructure: The existing LAN and server systems were outdated, causing frequent downtime and inefficiencies.
- Fragmented Communication: Lack of advanced video conferencing tools hindered effective collaboration among regional teams.
- Scalability Issues: The systems could not support the growing demands of public health data and real-time communications.

Legacy Girls College, Ghana sought a solution to enhance its educational delivery and streamline their administrative processes. Partnering with Liranz, the college implemented a cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS).
