Liranz was contracted by the Ministry of Technical and Higher Education, Sierra Leone to provide comprehensive training to 300 youths in Front-end development, Back-end development, Mobile App Development, Web Design, Scripting & Automation, Cloud Computing, and Ecommerce Website Development.
The goal of this assignment was to create digital skills training programs designed for SDF graduates and other eligible youth, with a particular focus on in-demand tech skills. Through the Skills Development Project (SDP), there is the aspiration to enhance the employment opportunities of SDF graduates by providing basic and intermediate digital skills training to 300 youth, both male and female.
The Training Objectives were as follows:
 To deliver fundamental and intermediate digital skills training to the youth in Sierra Leone, with a particular emphasis on skill sets that are currently in high demand within the local job market.Â
 To offer practical training that empowers the youth to gain hands-on experience, enabling them to acquire the skills essential for securing employment or launching their own entrepreneurial endeavors.
 To equip beneficiaries with vital soft skills, including effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities, which are indispensable for success in the digital work environment.
 To bolster the capacity of local training institutions and educators to provide high-quality digital skills training to the youth, thereby enhancing their competence in this domain.
