When the company decided to outsource its IT management, they needed an organization capable of providing top of the shelf IT services, skilled enough to adapt to their ever evolving requirements, and to not only deliver basic user support services but also possess the capability of leading and managing future IT projects.

Liranz Limited has a six member team of desktop engineers that manage desktop and end user scenarios.
We support their Accra Office, Takoradi Office, as well as their offshore site.
Project Support
Liranz Limited has supported various in house IT projects for The Client Limited. From the managing the project and developing the project charter and business workflow process for the development and deployment their Canteen Software, to facilitating the relocation of their Takoradi office from Bay Court to shore base, Liranz exhibited their readiness to provide a variety IT services. The Client Embarked on an oil exploration campaign off the coast of Guyana. Liranz supported the campaign by installing and configuring IT infrastructure on their Stena forth Drillship, coordinating third party vendors for VSAT and other ancillary services, as well as providing sufficient IT support for the duration of the exploration.
