In 2012, Mr. Nicholas Bortey embarked on a journey to create a different kind of IT support & Outsourcing firm; to become more of a true IT partner to our clients, and less of a break-and-fix IT Support Service provider.
The goal from day one has always been to provide the highest value in IT Consultancy & Managed IT Services available in Ghana and West Africa Region. Our business theme; ‘Transforming Business through Technology,’ reflects our commitment to transforming businesses by building and implementing innovative solutions and establishing lasting relationships with clients.
Our vision is to be recognized, as a company that help businesses become more efficient by leveraging technology, innovatively in a manner that reduces the time required in meeting their (customer) unique business goals effectively.
In 2015, we sensed a new paradigms taking shape and spent time with our clients to understand how our service model has influenced their businesses. We applied ourselves to creating the right service model from strategy through technology implementation and managed services. We believe this model will form the right technology partnerships and building the strong customer-centred culture required for collaboration with our clients.
Through the redesign of our service model, we have delivered business transformation, enterprise solutions, IT Consultancy, managed IT services, IT infrastructure & Communication, IT support, vCIO services, Cloud Services, Digital Solutions, IT Procurement management services to over 100 customers across the globe with about 95% being multinational companies.
Our clients span across multiple industries including; oil & gas, Energy, petroleum, Agriculture, Education, Law firms, Healthcare, retail, Mining, Construction, Government, NGO, financial services, hospitality, Logistics & Transportation, Real Estate, Technology and telecommunications, among others.
In less than a decade of operation, we have risen to become one of the top IT consulting & Managed Service firms in Ghana with over 50 permanent and casual employees across the 16 regions of Ghana.
Through dedication and hard work, Liranz has been adjudged IT consulting firm of the year for three consecutive times; 2017, 2018 and 2019 respectively; Managed IT Service Provider for the years 2018 and 2019; Business innovation of Year 2019; Most Outstanding ICT Firm of the year, 2017 and many industry awards.
