Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile IT Support professional with a strong Graphic Design background to provide technical support while also assisting with the organization’s creative and visual communication needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting IT issues, managing hardware and software, and creating high-quality graphics and digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 technical support to staff for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Manage user accounts, software installations, system updates, and basic security requirements.
- Assist with network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and other day-to-day IT infrastructure needs.
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation.
- Support users with Microsoft Office and other business applications.
- Create professional graphics, marketing materials, presentations, social media content, flyers, and other visual assets.
- Develop and maintain branded templates and creative materials in line with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Assist with photo editing, image enhancement, digital content creation, and basic video/visual production where required.
- Ensure all IT systems and creative files are properly organized, backed up, and maintained.
- Stay updated on relevant IT tools, design software, and emerging technologies.
- Provide general technical and creative support to the organization.
Requirements
- Previous experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong practical knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and troubleshooting.
- Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar platforms.
- A good eye for design, branding, layout, typography, and visual communication.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
- A portfolio demonstrating graphic design experience is an advantage.
- Relevant IT and/or Graphic Design certifications are an added benefit.
