Mr Nicholas Bortey, founder and CEO of Liranz Limited was contracted to lead his team of consultants to perform an IT Assessment and IT Advancement Vision Development Project for the Institute for Peace and Security Studies in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
The Institute, just like many other institutions realised the need to improve on and close the technology gaps within their organisations. They realized the benefits that could be harnessed from the efficient use of Technology in this ever-evolving global village. Covid provided the needed reality check the institution needed to identify how they could be making more strides and working more efficiently than they could ever. The lead Consultant, Mr. Nicholas Bortey, lead his team to conduct a thorough assessment and vetting of their systems, governance structure, digital/cyber security measures, business continuity and disaster recovery models, operational mandates and the manner in which they are executed.
The technology gaps were identified, a strategy was developed to close those gaps, an IT vision document developed to guide the direction of the client's technological advancement journey. Over all, the project was completed successfully and Liranz added another happy client to their clientelle.
