Technology Challenge

On the back of the ever-present COVID Pandemic, the Government had to set up Emergency Operation Centers for prompt and more direct responses to COVID related issues in the various regions in the country. These EOC’s had to be set up quickly in order to aid in the containment of the pandemic. These EOC’s should have 12 work stations, a Data Centre, LAN Infrastructure with WAN capabilities.

Resolution Approach

Liranz approach the challenge on three phases; Network and Connectivity, Communication and Collaboration, and Datacentre and Storage. This approach was replicated for all the regions that this project has been completed on thus far. Our network team performed their survey to arrive on the most cost-effective method of connection to use at each facility and then further coordinated with the selected ISP to provide the internet uplink. Structured Cabling works were all completed and data points were all tested upon completion. Switches and Access Points were also configured and mounted in the designated rack and server room.
Liranz also procured one of the most modern conference room solution and deployed it as efficiently and neatly as possible to ensure that the client has a reliable and wholesome conference room experience.
Server and Accessories procure by the client was also assembles and configured based on the client’s requirement services, storage requirements and uses and specifications.
In the end, the client was left with an ultra-modern facility from which all their core obligations could be performed.
